Perch fillet

Perch has firm white flesh with a good flavour. Our perch comes from Turku archipelago. This delicious white fish is very low in fat and contains plenty of wholesome Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. Traditionally prepared with a frying pan with a small pinch of butter and for the side you can use potato or alternatively a fresh salad to your taste.
